Oh yeah, I forgot to mention. A word of advice: If you want to get something served with the sheriff's office in suffolk county (the county boston is in) apparently giving them 2 and a half weeks is not sufficient. Apparently, the proper method is to threaten to sue them for criminally negligent incompetence (which I am pretty sure is not an actual charge) and then threaten to go personally to their office, grab the paper work from them and serve the papers yourself, while proclaiming the incompetence of the sheriff's department to all who will listen.
